2. Het contactformulier2. The contact form

• Het formulier vraagt naam, bedrijf, e-mailadres en een korte omschrijving van uw vraag. Wij gebruiken die gegevens alleen om contact met u op te nemen over uw aanvraag. Verzenden kan alleen met uw toestemming (het vinkje); u kunt die toestemming intrekken door ons te mailen.
• De aanvraag gaat per e-mail (via Gmail) naar de JcoLabs-mailbox en wordt daar als gewone e-mail bewaard, zolang dat nodig is om uw vraag af te handelen en een eventuele samenwerking daarna. Wij slaan de aanvraag niet op in een database van ons portaal en ons applicatielogboek bevat niet wat u invult, alleen dat een aanvraag is verstuurd of geweigerd.
• Tegen misbruik gelden een begrenzing per IP-adres en een algemene begrenzing op het aantal aanvragen (beide alleen in het geheugen van de server, niet opgeslagen), een verborgen controleveld en een minimale invultijd.

• The form asks for your name, company, email address and a short description of your question. We use those details only to contact you about your enquiry. It can only be sent with your consent (the tick box); you can withdraw that consent by emailing us.
• The enquiry is sent by email (via Gmail) to the JcoLabs mailbox, where it is kept like any other email for as long as needed to handle your question and any cooperation after that. We do not store the enquiry in a database of our portal and our application log does not contain what you enter, only that an enquiry was sent or refused.
• Against abuse there is a limit per IP address and an overall limit on the number of enquiries (both kept only in the server's memory, not stored), a hidden check field and a minimum fill time.

3. Technische gegevens, cookies en lettertypen3. Technical data, cookies and fonts

• Onze webserver (Hetzner, Duitsland) en Cloudflare verwerken technisch noodzakelijke gegevens, zoals uw IP-adres, om de website te leveren en te beveiligen.
• Wij plaatsen zelf geen cookies en gebruiken geen advertentie- of analysediensten. Uw taalkeuze staat in de opslag van uw eigen browser.
• De pagina’s laden lettertypen van Google Fonts. Uw browser maakt daarvoor verbinding met Google, waarbij Google uw IP-adres ziet. Wij zijn van plan de lettertypen zelf te hosten.

• Our web server (Hetzner, Germany) and Cloudflare process technically necessary data, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the website.
• We do not set cookies ourselves and use no advertising or analytics services. Your language choice is kept in your own browser's storage.
• The pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google for that, so Google sees your IP address. We intend to host the fonts ourselves.

4. Uw rechten4. Your rights

U kunt vragen om inzage in, correctie of verwijdering van uw gegevens, om beperking van de verwerking, om overdracht en u kunt bezwaar maken. Mail naar [email protected]; wij reageren binnen een maand. Komt u er met ons niet uit, dan kunt u een klacht indienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, for restriction of processing, for portability, and you can object. Email [email protected]; we respond within a month. If we cannot resolve it, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
